Short, because there is not much to say beyond what the tool is and what it is not.

InLiine projects when IRCC would acknowledge a PNP (Non–Express Entry) application if it keeps its recent pace, using dates reported by other applicants. It is a statistical estimate and nothing more.
Nothing on this site is immigration advice. It is not a substitute for IRCC’s own information, for your provincial program’s guidance, or for advice from a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer. Do not make a decision about your application, your travel, your job or your housing on the strength of an estimate here.
Estimates are projections at the pace IRCC has kept recently. They are not probabilities, and they can be wrong: badly wrong for an individual application, and off by weeks when IRCC changes pace. They are least reliable when that pace is changing, and for applications close to the front of the queue, where the range is narrowest.
The underlying data is reported by members of the public and may contain mistakes. We filter obvious errors but cannot verify that any individual report is true.
InLiine is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, or any provincial nominee program. Using it has no effect on your application.
Report your dates accurately. Deliberately false reports distort the estimate for everyone waiting, and we may remove reports and accounts that appear to be false.
We may change, pause or withdraw the tool at any time, and the data behind it depends on people choosing to report. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any decision taken on the basis of an estimate.
